Aberrant Amulet of the Fractured Veil

This Amulet was given to you by a mysterious little girl, then it was corrupted by an other-worldly being . It seems to glow when magic is being used nearby, especially a significant amount of magic.

Once per long rest it can do one of the following: 

Synaptic Surge: Once per Long Rest, as a Bonus Action, you can tap into the amulet's "unraveling" energy. When you do, choose one of the following effects:

• Psionic Reconstitution: You immediately regain 2 Sorcery Points.
  or
• Coordinate Intent: For 1 minute, your Telepathic Speech can connect to all allies within 30 feet. While connected, they gain a +1 bonus to Initiative and Wisdom saves.
  or
• Thread-Pull: The next time you deal psychic damage this turn, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Intelligence save or lose concentration on any spell they are currently maintaining.
