Treated as a normal dagger [except damage is always 1d4+3, no bonuses added] with the following effect when not attuned:

-Before rolling damage, call Heads [1 and 4] or Tails [2 and 3]. Upon calling correctly, gain health equal to the amount rolled, otherwise, lose that much health.

Add the following effects when attuned correctly:

-Upon a successful critical hit; role 1d8. When rolling a 6 or higher, acquire that much gold. Upon rolling a 3 or lower, lose that much gold [can not be picked up or found nearby]. Upon rolling a 4, deal an additional 1d4+1 magic damage. Upon rolling a 5, deal 1d4+1 magic damage to self.

-Upon a critical failure; role 1d10. Call odds[1, 3, 5, 7, and 9] or evens[2, 4, 6, 8, and 10]. Upon an incorrect call, lose 5 gold [can not be picked up or found nearby] and take 1d4 magic damage. Upon a correct call, you may gain an additional action. If you choose to, acquisition of this weapon is lost and regained after the extra action.

-When THROWN, immediately returns to its owner's hand after any direct contact with a solid object.

-When THROWN, is treated as a simple ranged weapon with SNIPING until returned to owner.
