Augmenting Trinket

The damaged but preserved hand of a Goliath, with the eyes of raptor surgically inlaid into the palm. Gives the distinct vibe that the trinkets of goblins often give, as the Goliath hand has retained only two fingers.

Once per day, the latent magics in the trinket can surge and empower a singular action. A physical skill check can be performed with an added proficiency bonus(will stack with proficiency and expertise).
