Amulet of the High Elves

The amulet consists of a palm-sized circle of mithral, etched to appear as a crescent moon with an empty center. When held by a humanoid with elven blood, runes appear floating in the center of the crescent moon. Must be able to read both Elvish and Celestial to fully understand the message:

"To my mortal children, be brave as you venture forth. Embrace all the wonders of the world you call home. I am ever your father, Corellon Larethian"

While attuned, the wearer is granted the following:

• Granted Intelligence +2, to a maximum of 24
• Granted Wisdom +2, to a maximum of 24
• You gain proficiency with the Arcana skill
• You gain proficiency with the Insight skill
• You can cast the Magic Stone cantrip at will
• You can use an action to cast the spell Identify
  (Must roll a d6 after casting spell. On a roll of 1 or 2, cannot cast spell again until next dawn.)

Amulet given to the Elves by Corellon Larethian when they entered the Prime Material Plane. Legend speaks of other such amulets and a special ability granted by uniting them. The amulet is considered a holy symbol of Corellon.
