This amulet is disguises the wearer to appear a certain way, that they specify to the crafter. It can change wearer's skin/hair/eye color and some mild form change, but only in appearance, it cannot actually change a creature/person's form. It's more of a holographic cloak around the wearer than a shapeshifter item. Anything that sticks out...sticks out. So, if a tiefling wears it to look human, they still need to hide their horns and tail. Creatures can also wear them but same rules apply.
Only one person, the inventor, knows how to make it.
Notes: It lasts around 3-6 months of continuous use, depending on how much it's doing to disguise, and "use" counts as whenever it's being worn. It will last several years if never worn. The illusion begins to work less and less when it reaches the end of its "charge." Ignore the number of charges thing I just had to put a number, Deception, Jewelry
