Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
As a bonus action, a creature attuned to this helm can extend magical roots into the surface under them. Upon doing so, the creature cannot move and automatically fails dexterity saving throws until it takes an action to break away from the roots. If the surface is wood or soil, the creature gains 10hp at the end of every round.
