Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a ritual performed by a spellcaster of 15th level or higher linking the Amulet of Activation to permanent Teleportation Circles such as a Carpet of Arrival or similar wondrous item.)

Amulets of Activation are magical devices linked to one or more magical items containing or functioning as permanent Teleportation Circle Spells.

Amulets of Activation are normally made of enchanted mithril, gold and starmetal and often resemble a Compass Rose, or starburst with eight points, set inside a circle.

Amulets of Activation also normally have an Activation Phrase engraved on the back in elvish which can only be seen by casting an Identify spell on the Amulet.

Amulets of Activation may be magically linked to up to a maximum of eight (8) permanent Teleportation Circle devices.

Activation Phrases: "Take me home." "I'm out of here." "Hasta Luego." "Sayōnara." "Bye Y'all." and other such quick phrases are often used.
