This set of mithril armor was originally disguised as a set of armor for paladins serving Bahamut, and was engraved with multiple draconic symbols of the Platinum Dragon.
After Uvalthin confronted Aurinax in the Vault of Dragons, he revealed the deception and illusion that Asmodeus had cast on the armor. The armor then transformed from the ornate and pristine mithril, to a set of dark and malicious looking plate armor hinted with accents of red, and curving in sinister shapes.
While wearing this armor and after receiving damage, the wearer may use a reaction spell once per turn, which does 1d6 fire damage to their attacker.
Uvalthin will have the opportunity to "awaken" the armor, which will grant him deeper abilities - the first step of which is to find the missing helm.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Communion with Asmodeus, Buff, Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
