Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Paladin, Cleric)

This radiant holy symbol shines brighter in moments of bravery, rewarding its bearer for protecting allies and standing firm against danger.

Glory Points
You gain Glory Points through acts of battlefield heroism:
Defiant Defense. When a creature misses you with an attack, you gain 1 Glory Point.
Protective Intervention. You gain 2 Glory Points when you directly protect an ally through magic or decisive action. This occurs when you:
— cause an ally to avoid damage using a spell, feature, or reaction you control (such as imposing disadvantage, granting a bonus to AC or saving throws, or becoming the target of an attack instead), or
— restore hit points to an ally who is at 0 hit points. (The DM has final say on whether your action qualifies as protecting an ally.)
You cannot exceed your maximum Glory Points (maximum equals your Charisma modifier, minimum of 1).

Glory Abilities

You may spend Glory Points to fuel the amulet’s divine power:

✦ Minor Healing (1 Point).
As a bonus action, choose a creature within 15 feet. The target regains 1d4 + your Spell casting modifier hit points.

✦ Radiant Smite (2 Points).
When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage.

✦ Heroic Challenge (3 Points).
As a bonus action, creatures of your choice within 15 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw
(DC = 8 + proficiency bonus + your Spell casting modifier).
On a failed save, the creature's first attack, which it makes before the start of your next turn, must target you.

✦ Glorious Interception (4 Points).
When a creature you can see attacks an ally within 30 feet, you can use your reaction to magically swap places with that ally, becoming the target of the attack instead.
