Argraal of Orlak

This metal chalice holds the secret to the rites that create the very first vampire. Dark crimson marks stain the interior of the cup, and hushed screams can be heard emanating of it at all times.

A creature that attunes to this magical chalice learns the recipe for the alchemical potion needed to turn someone into a vampire. After brewing the potion, it must be drunk fron the chalice with the correct ritualistic practices. After which, the creature who drunk the potion drops to 0 HP and dies. The creature must be buried in an unholy terrain, or placed in a coffin within an hour of death, and must remain undisturbed for 7 days and 7 nights. After that time, the creature arises as a Vampire.

A non-humanoid creature that drinks the potion instantly dies after all the liquid is consumed and can't be brought back to life by anything except a Wish spell.

In order to kill definitively Orbakh, his Gems must be placed in the chalice and struck with the Flying Fangs of the Night King.
