This Runic Artifact's range is 600ft. Creatures intended for an attack within 10ft cause the shooter to be put at a Disadvantage when aiming and firing.
To aim this weapon, you must make a perception check (WIS).
This weapon's damage at a level 1 spell slot is 4 Force Damage + 1d8 Piercing damage. This Runic Artifact's Force damage modifier increases by 4 every spell level.
You can fire this weapon several times in a turn Equal to your Proficiency Bonus.
