A cloak worn by the apprentice-level members of the Silent Majority. Wearing the cloak grants you the following abilities:
Knowledgeable: +1 to INT ability checks.
Silent Spells: When casting a spell of level one or higher, you may expend a charge to cast the spell without the need for a verbal component.
Unspoken Prowess: After using your Silent Spells feature, you have advantage on saving throws against spells and their effects until the start of your next turn.
Attunement to the cloak grants you the following ability:
Librarian: +1 to History checks. You can expend two charges to cast the Silence spell.
Muffling: You gain resistance to Thunder damage.
