Ain-Tright's Asbestos Bagpipes

These bagpipes are unusual in that the hide bag is made from a fire resistance material and the pipes are made of steel.  Why you ask would these be required, well when you are a Dragonborn bard of red dragon blood; you require fire resistant tools.  

Player can use their breath weapon or a bardic inspiration when using the bagpipes to activate the special properties of these bag pipes.  Upon use, flames shoot 15 feet out of the pipes.  The outcome of this is that the user gains advantage on performance and/or intimidation skill checks depending on the situation.
