This worn silver amulet bears a faint, illegible inscription that glows softly when worn.
While attuned to this amulet, if your Constitution score is 14 or lower, your hit point maximum increases by 5, and your current hit points increase by the same amount. If your Constitution becomes 15 or higher, the amulet’s magic is suppressed (without effect) until it drops below 15 again.
When your attunement to this amulet ends, it loses its magic permanently. The inscription flares, and you take 1d4 radiant damage, after which the amulet crumbles into silver dust.
