A bow made of rare petrified Athelas vine. The Athelas vine is a magical plant that is capable of granting life and curing the sick. Some say it can even bring you back from death. This material bestows it's magical qualities to wielder. However it is very fragile and has a chance of shattering when being fired.
You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Also, all damage done with this bow is force damage.
While wielding the bow you may expend a charge to touch a creature with the bow and cure it of a single condition. Once used the bow absorbs the condition and enables you to bestow the condition upon a new target. The next time you make an attack roll, if you hit, the target creature is cursed with the absorbed condition. The bow may only hold one condition at a time.
The following conditions cannot be absorbed: Charmed, Grappled, Incapacitated, Prone, Restrained, Unconscious.
The bow has 3 charges and regains all charges daily at dawn.
Additionally, upon making an attack roll, if the roll is a 1 the bow is destroyed and crumbles into dust.
The bow also grants the wielder one use of Resurrection consuming only the bow as it's component for the spell. If used, the bow is destroyed.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
