Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
This item first looks like a dark shortsword. After using it, this item will morph into any weapon. Sometimes an eye or mouth may appear on any part of the weapon. While you are attuned to it, you also cannot sell, discard or give it away.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with Spiritual Weapon spell.
Feed on Fear. Once during your turn, when you hit a creature that has the Frightened condition, it takes an extra 1d10 Psychic damage.
Vita Umbrae. While holding the sword, you can use an action to give yourself 1d4 + 4 temporary hit points. This property can't be used again until the next dusk.
