While wearing this amulet, you can take a Magic action to name a location that you are familiar with on another plane of existence. Then make a DC 15 Intelligence (Arcana) check. On a successful check, you cast Plane Shift. On a failed check, you and each creature and object within 15 feet of you travel to a pocket dimension of safety.
When attuned and not wearing armor, the wearer is granted a base AC of 14 + Dex bonus and a +1 bonus to all saving throws. If any action were to reduce the wearer to 0 hit points while on a non-material plane of existence, you instead drop to 1 hit point and are instantaneously transported to a pocket dimension of safety.
