A specially crafted crossbow disguised as a fashionable bracer. Excellent for infiltration, fighting in tight spaces, and catching opponents off guard.

Alley Crossbow deals 1d6 piercing damage, possesses the Vex Mastery as well as the following properties: Light, Ranged (15/60), Loading, Ammunition, Professional, Concealed (new properties can be found below).

Mastery

Vex. If you deal damage to a creature with this weapon, you gain Advantage on your next attack roll against them until the end of your next turn.

Weapon Properties

Concealed. This weapon passes as something innocuous. Creatures have Disadvantage on checks to ascertain that it’s a weapon.
Professional. This weapon performs better the more skilled its wielder. Add half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) to attack and damage rolls with this weapon. The bonus to attack stacks with normal proficiency.

 

Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
