Weapon (handaxe), very rare (requires attunement by a by an archfey warlock)

With a jagged blade of crystal amethyst, this handaxe belonged to Duchess Kristalline Amatista, archfey of the Unseelie Court. Legend holds that when she was offended in court, she would transform her fan into an axe and strike down her opponent without even crossing the room. This +2 handaxe with the finesse property is carved with patterns of lace and vines across the blade, but the points remain sharp and jagged, as if cut from a geode. When wielded by a warlock with an Archfey patron, you gain the following benefits:

Magical Weapon. This weapon deals an extra 3d6+2 damage. Your attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistances. When attuned to this weapon, you automatically have proficiency with it. You may use your Charisma stat instead of Strength for attack and damage modifiers.

Returning Weapon. When thrown, regardless of if it hits its target, this axe will return to the wielder's hand.

Transforming State. As a bonus action, you can speak the command word and transform the axe into a lace fan, a dainty parasol, and vice versa. When in fan form, you can cast the spell Gust of Wind by waving it. When in parasol form, you can cast the spell Feather Fall by opening the parasol in the air. When you have used the fan in either of these ways, you lose the ability until the next dusk.

Cloak of Twilight. You have darkvision up to 60 feet and can see in magical darkness. You also have advantage on Perception checks in dim lighting and to notice Invisible creatures.

Throng of Thralls. On a successful hit, you can choose for a target to become Charmed by you until the end of your next turn. While affected in this way, the target cannot make attacks against you and must succeed on a DC 20 Charisma save in order to shake off the effect early. You can also issue a simple command to the target, and they must use their reaction to fulfill it. If the command would put the target in harm's way, they will refuse. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and can be reused after a short rest.

Glittering Entourage. As a bonus action, you can expend a charge to summon a swarm of silvery moths around you. These moths function identically to the Spirit Guardians and deals 3d8 radiant damage. Targets entering the aura must make a DC 18 Constitution save, taking half damage on a success. Additionally, an aura of vanilla perfume surrounds you and disorients foes- targets caught in the swarm must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom save or take a 1d4 penalty to attacks and saving throws until they exit the swarm.

Dusky Dreams. On a successful critical hit, the target must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution save or fall Unconscious for one minute. While affected, the target is Incapacitated and cannot take actions, bonus actions, or reactions. The target cannot be awakened by normal means, requiring the use of the spell Greater Restoration. The condition ends early if the target is attacked or caught in a damaging spell's area of effect. This ability can be used once per long rest and regains the ability at dusk.

When the dusky cloak of twilight descends upon the world
Velvet furred and vanilla fragrant, her neck and ears bepearled
Underneath the silent watch of her lunar sister
The night rejoices for Duchess Kristalline Amatista

Proficiency with a Handaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
