You may expend a spell slot to increase the dmg by 1d8. This dmg is cumulative per spell level used.
- Also, it being plus 1 your spell casting modifier goes up by one
- This item looks similar to a small megaphone that is carved out of fine ivory with gold runes and etching inlayed throughout the design.
