Weapon (flail), rare

This flail, wielded by Rokar Blackbourn, has had parts swapped with the materials from magical weapons over the centuries, with only the handle remaining original so far. The head was forged using the blade of a longsword gifted to him by a rosegold dragonborn named Nova who had just slain a helmed horror, but the reforging of the steel made a major impact on Rokar's life. Over a century later Rokar found a Corpse Slayer scimitar which he reforged into a chain for the flail, especially helpful against the undead he had been fighting frequently at this point in his life.

This flail has a +2 to all attack and damage rolls

If the wielder says the code word "Kaboom" the flail surges with ancient magic, dealing an extra 1d4 force damage until the next time initiative is rolled or the wielder is knocked unconscious

This flail does an additional 1d4 force damage to creatures with the undead property

Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
