As you attune to the amulet, it draws upon your sense of self. At the end of the attunement, your body is altered to reflect a fixed version of who you are—or who you believe yourself to be. This chosen form becomes permanent while you remain attuned and wearing the amulet
While wearing this amulet, your body is magically altered by transmutation to match a specific version of yourself chosen when the item is created (for example, an unscarred form). This change is physical, not illusory.
The effect persists continuously and requires no action. If the amulet is removed, your body immediately returns to its natural state.
