Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Requires to be warn around the neck.)
A jagged crystal pendant hangs from this chain, constantly flickering with arcs of blue-white lightning. Low thunder rumbles faintly when you draw on its power.
- Storm body: While wearing the amulet, you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
- Storm-Touched: Once per turn when you deal damage with a weapon attack or a spell, you can deal an extra 1d6 lightning or thunder damage (your choice).
- Stored Spells: You can expend charges to cast the following spells (save DC 17): Thunderwave (4nd Level), Shatter (4th Level), Lightning Bolt (5rd Level), and Call Lightning (4th Level).
- Reactive Surge (Reaction): When a creature within 10 feet damages you, you can cast Thunder wave centered on yourself (1st-level version), without affecting yourself.
- Storm Reservoir: When you cast a spell that deals lightning or thunder damage that is not a spell from this item, roll a d4: On any number but 1, the amulet regains 3 charges (max: once per turn)
- Tempest Unleashed: As a bonus action, you cast Storm Sphere (6th level), centered on yourself.
- While concentrating on this spell: You can fly up to 10 feet as part of your movement without provoking opportunity attacks (storm currents lift you slightly). The sphere’s lightning attacks deal an additional +1d6 damage
It also has the following additional properties. It can use these properties as many times as the user likes.
- Lightning. When you hit with a melee attack, you can cause the target to take an extra 2d6 Lightning damage (no action required).
- Thunder. When you hit with a melee attack, you can cause the amulet to emit a crack of thunder audible out to 300 feet (no action required). The target you hit must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have the Stunned condition until the end of your next turn.
- Thunder and Lightning. Immediately after you hit with a melee attack (no action required) to use the Lightning and Thunder properties (see above) at the same time.
- Lightning Strike. You can take a Magic action to cause a bolt of lightning to leap from the amulet in a Line that is 5 feet wide and 120 feet long. Each creature in that Line makes a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9d6 Lightning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
- Thunderclap. You can take a Magic action to cause the amulet to produce a thunderclap audible out to 600 feet. Every creature within a 60-foot Emanation originating from you makes a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 Thunder damage and has the Deafened condition for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage only.
You may also cast Eldritch Blast at will, when this amulet is equipped.
Notes: Resistance: Thunder, Resistance: Lightning, Eldritch Blast: Bonus Damage, Requires to be warn around the neck.
