Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement by a Level 8 Character with Longsword Proficiency)

When you attempt to attack a creature with this sword, roll the following Dice:
D20  - Hit Die;
     Roll 1d20 + STR or DEX Modifier to determine whether you hit your target.
D12  - Alternate Damage Type;
     Roll 1d12 to determine the Alternate Damage Type of your attack.
        1 Slashing   2 Piercing   3 Bludgeoning   4 Force   5 Thunder   6 Lightning
        7 Radiant    8 Fire     9 Cold    10 Poison    11  Necrotic     12 Acid
D10  - Base Damage Amount;
     Roll 1d10 to determine the Base Damage (Slashing) done by your Attack.
D8   -  Condition Effect;
     Roll 1d8 to determine the Condition applied by a successful attack.
        1 No Effect   2 Blinded   3 Deafened   4 Frightened
        5 Prone    6 Poisoned    7 Charmed    8 Restrained
       No Conditions are applied if the Target is immune to the rolled Condition.
D6    Alternate Damage Amount
     Roll 1d6 to determine the amount of Alternate Damage done by your Attack.
D4   - Max Condition Duration;
     Roll 1d4 to determine the Max Number of Rounds the Applied Condition lasts.
     Conditions applied by this weapon also follow normal rules for removal.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
