Amulet of the Burning Pact

This amulet is set with a sizable ruby, warm to the touch and blackened with soot as if brushed by flames. While you are attuned to this amulet, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells. In addition, the amulet also has the following traits:

Infernal Infusion: Once per long rest, the attuned caster may add 2d8+4 fire damage to any successful spell attack. 

Hellish Influence: While attuned, the amulet whispers sweet nothings in the Infernal language into the wearer’s mind at random intervals. If the wearer speaks, or can otherwise understand Infernal, they will hear the whispers prompting them to commit acts of evil.
