You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
Once per long rest if you take damage that would reduce you to 0 hp, you instead drop to 1 hp instead and the blade ignites with a searing red flame and causes an additional 1d10 fire damage for 1 minute. This counts as radiant damage against creatures aligned with Undeath, Tyranny, or divine corruption.
Once per long rest Gorath can cast Ashbinder Judgement -1) Branding Smite at 2nd level when hitting with this weapon. 2)As an action, strike the ground with the sword - Enemies within 20 feet make a DC 18 Dex save or take 6d10 fire + 6d10 radiant damage and be knocked prone. On success they take 1/2 damage and are NOT knocked prone. 3) Allies within 30 feet regain 10 hp and have advantage on saving throws against fear and domination for 1 minute.
The blade now burns with a faint inner light even when sheathed and can no longer be dropped or stolen against Gorath's will unless he is unconscious.
Flametongue added + 2d6 fire.
Advantage on saving throws against Frightened or charmed. Once per long rest, Gorath may invoke Ashen Reprieve - if an ally within 30 feet would fall to 0 HP, he may use his reaction to transfer the damage to himself and teleport to their side in a blaze of burning ash.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
