Archanotahl

This Mysterious spellbook - affectionately named "Arcanatohl" ('Arcane black whole' in Halfling) grants several benefits:

• +1 to all Arcana checks
• Removes the monetary and time constraints of adding spells to your spellbook for up to 1 spell per day
• Using a bonus action to consult the book, before casting adds +1 to your spell mod (but not Save DC)
• Only the attuned owner can open and read the spellbook*
• Reduces all ritual casting to half time

Cover seems to bare the image of a ball and stick. Includes a note, from an old friend.

Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, Multiple arcane, investigation, and intelligence checks
