Once found in the eye socket of a skull deep within ruins, the "Pocket" Gem is a cursed item that magically transports its bearer to another location when the bearer, or those around them, say the word "Pocket".
Often, the location is where the bearer last held the gem when it was activated. However, it can also be a random place, a strange plane, or an area previously visited. Even more problematic, the gem sometimes activates randomly (breaking the fourth wall when a player says "Pocket" OoC) and teleports the bearer without any warning!
Though not sentient, the gem seems to have a mind of its own, appearing at random in traveling companions' pockets. Once acquired, the bearer (and their companions) are cursed by its presence until the "Pocket" Gem wills itself to be found by another unsuspecting adventurer.
Notes: This fun item is meant to add a little mischief and explain why a player might be missing from a session. Your players will try to abuse it. It will be chaos. Enjoy, we did., Cursed
