While attuned to the staff. you know that Chill Touch cantrip, and can cast is at a range of 30ft. The Staff gives a +1 to your spell attack rolls and your spell Save DC.
You can cast Armor of Agathys on yourself a number of times per day equal to your proficiency modifier.
You can cast Spirit Shroud on yourself once per day.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
