Archeans lightning ring

A ring that adds 1d4 lightning damage to unarmed strikes. Grants Resistance to lightning damage. Has the ability to give 1 hp to a creature that hasn't yet rolled a death saving throw. Once per day you can expend all the magic stored into the ring. Cast lightning bolt at 5th level. (DC 8 + prof + int or Charisma mod)
