A handheld silver mirror whose surface shows not reflections but truth. The glass is perfectly still regardless of how it is held, and its frame is engraved with angelic script that shifts when read.  Eyes of Heaven. While holding the Mirror, you are under the effect of a permanent True Seeing spell (120 ft range). You can see the true form of shapeshifters, invisible creatures, illusions, and the real nature of enchantments.  Window Across the Veil. Once per day, you can use the Mirror as a focus for a Scrying spell (DC 20, no components required). If you are scrying on a fiend or undead, that creature has Disadvantage on its saving throw against the effect.  Voice of Raziel. Once per week, you can hold the Mirror aloft and cast Contact Other Plane without the risk of madness — the Mirror connects you directly to a celestial messenger (an angel of Challenge Rating 16 or lower, DM's choice) who will answer up to five questions truthfully.  Revelation. Any creature under a magical disguise or transmutation effect that looks into the Mirror must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or have their illusion or disguise instantly dispelled, revealing their true form.
