Armor of the Spiral Gurren

The Armor of the Spiral Gurren is a blazing red-and-black suit of legendary armor overflowing with Spiral Energy. Massive shoulder plates jut outward like burning wings while glowing emerald lenses pulse along the helm. The chest bears a gigantic angular crest resembling a pair of shades, radiating raw defiance. The armor hums constantly with escalating power, responding directly to the courage and fighting spirit of its wearer.

Spiral Engine. This armor grants a +3 bonus to AC. Additionally, whenever you are reduced below half your maximum hit points, you gain an advantage on attack rolls, advantage on saving throws against fear and charm, and +10 movement speed. These effects last until combat ends.

Drill Manifestation. As a bonus action, you may manifest a glowing Spiral Drill from one arm. The drill counts as a magical melee weapon with the following properties: +10 ft reach, 2d10 piercing damage and lasts for 1 minute.

Spiral Regeneration. At the start of your turn, if you have fewer than half your hit points remaining, you regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. If you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you may instead drop to 1 hit point. Once this effect activates, it cannot activate again until the next dawn.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
