This amulet offers the wearer an enhanced version of Enlarge/Reduce to be used 4 times a day. When using the amulet, the reduce spell shrinks the wearer down to a 1:12 scale (every foot becomes an inch). When enlarging, this spell returns the wearer to full size. The effect of enlarging while at regular size is unknown.
1d4 charges are restored at dawn.
