The golden blade of this sword is long, thin and stout, made for finding gaps in plate mail and piercing the softer layers beneath. It was given to Alexstrasza DeLuce at her knighting ceremony when she was 15, by princess Brianna. It was a symbol of her status within the kingdom as the princess' protector. After the death of Princess Brianna and fleeing the country, Alexstrasza scratched off the royal insignia on the blade. Though it is no longer a token of her knighthood, it still attracts a lot of attention, and marks her as either wealthy or a thief.
Though the blade is unenchanted, in Alexstrasza's hands it almost seems to shine with divine magic.
You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. You can deal either slashing or piercing damage with this weapon.
While carrying this weapon you may cast the Divine Favor spell at first level. This ability is recharged at the end of a long rest.
Once per day when you make an attack with this weapon you can brandish it in the air and let loose an inspiring warcry. You and any allies who can hear you each gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your level. In addition, any downed allies are returned to consciousness with 1 hp, and you gain advantage on the triggering attack roll.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
