Arc Flash Ring

While attuned to the ring and wearing it, all your attacks have a 5% chance to call down a lightning bolt that strikes the targets of the attack. The bolt does double the damage of the original attack tripling the damage for that attack. The bolt's damage is based on non-crit damage, but can itself crit.
