Amulet of Borrowed Time

This intricately constructed clockwork amulet seems to tick along to the beat of the heart of its wearer. While attuned to the amulet, its wearer may press a button on the side to temporarily slow time for themself. However, time does not come cheap. Immediately after pressing the button, the user gains an additional action to be spent only on their current turn. However, they lose the action they would normally have on the following turn. Bonus actions and movement may happen as normal.
