Every time you hit an enemy it give the enemy 1d8 lighting or thunder damage, and the enemy have to do constitution saving throw dc 15 or the enemy get the prone condition.
if you sacrifice 3 hp of your character hp, enemy in 10 feet radius should throw a constitution saving throw dc 14 or get proned
you can expand the radious into 20 feet by sacrificing 10 more hp
