"Thoughts & Prayers"

Thoughts: a crystalline knuckle duster fitted for an individuals left hand. Deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage + 1d6 psychic damage on a hit. Serves as an arcane focus once attuned. 

Prayers: a golden knuckle duster fitted for an individuals right hand. Deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage + 1d6 radiant damage on a hit. Serves as a holy symbol once attuned. 

My "Thoughts & Prayers" go out to you . . . If a player gas both Thoughts & Prayers attuned and equipped, every friendly creature within 30 feet can cast Healing Word using their existing spell casting ability and spell slots; as if they have the spell prepared and/or know it by heart. The Healing Word granted by Thoughts & Prayers is not considered part of any spell list, and cannot be transcribed into a spell book or onto a scroll. 

If the wearer has no spellcasting ability, they can gain a spellcasting ability feature with a spellcasting modifier of +1, and one 1st level spell slot, and learn the spell Healing Word. This spellcasting ability feature can only be used to cast Healing Word.

A brawling weapon crafted from metal or other hard material and designed to fit around and reinforce its wielder's knuckles.
