Dragon plate mail is made of the scales of one kind of dragon. Sometimes dragons collect their cast-off scales and gift them to humanoids. Other times, hunters carefully skin and preserve the hide of a dead dragon. In either case, dragon scale mail is highly valued.
While wearing this armor, you gain a +3 bonus to AC.
Immunity: Frightful Presence and breath weapons of dragons, cold, fire, lightning, poison, and necrotic damage.
Immune to the following conditions: prone, fright, blind, charmed,
Resistance to bashing, piercing, slashing and spell (magical) damage.
Regeneration: The wearer regenerates 10 hit points at the start of every turn. If damage would take you below 0 pts, you have 1 hit point. Your hit points cannot fall below 1.
Shape shift: Large Form: You can shift to the form of an Old Gold Dragon (large). You only have the physical form and abilities (such as flight, bite, claw, tail smash)
Additionally, you can focus your senses as an action to magically discern the distance and direction to the closest gold dragon within 30 miles of you. This special action can't be used again until the next dawn.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
