Wondrous Item, legendary
Bestows the Master of the item the ability to make any Dragon regardless of alignment loyal until the Masters death. Once the item is Mastered it bestows a dragons natural ac to the wearer. It gives dark vision and infrared vision. It also gives a dragons damage reduction and immunity depending upon which dragons are currently loyal to the Master.
