Weapon (whip), very rare

an eight inch, leather-bound cylinder with three, diamond- shaped rubies embedded length-wise in it. When the activation word is spoken, a whip-like length of pure fire appears from the cylinder. The whip will cause an extra 1d6 fire damage and cause flammable objects to catch fire. On a natural score of 19 or 20 the whip has the ability to grapple an object or opponent. If an opponent is grappled, they must succeed on a DC 14 strength save or take 1d6 fire damage each succeeding round.

Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
