Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Must be attuned by someone able to use divine spellcasting)

Forged from sun-bleached pillar-marble, the fan's ribs are carved into slender, tapering fingers that curve inward like a protective hand. The pale stone is shot through with veins of gold, catching light even in shadow, and the object is perpetually warm to the touch, as if it remembers the sun of its quarry.

You have a +2 bonus to attacks with weapons or spells cast or held with this arm.

Righteous Fervor

As a bonus action, you can activate the arm to glow with a soft, golden radiance. For 10 minutes or until you dismiss it, you shed bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. While the light shines, you and friendly creatures within the bright light have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Fury of the Divine

As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to unleash a wave of divine fury. Each creature of your choice within a 15-foot radius emanating from you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and is not blinded. This feature recharges at dawn.

Final Prayer

When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can use your reaction to unleash a burst of divine energy. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution save or take 10d8 radiant damage. You then drop to 1 hit point instead of 0. Once used, this property cannot be used again until you finish a long rest.
