Your spell attack modifier and spell save dc are both increased by 1 while attuned to this item.

While wearing this item, whenever you cast a spell, you can reduce your Constitution score by as much as 5 to increase your spell attack and spell save dc by an equal amount for 1 minute. Your Constitution score returns to normal at the end of a short rest. Additionally, you can cast the Life Transference spell as an action. Once cast this way, it cannot be cast again until after a short rest. 

This amulet is cursed, a fact that is revealed only when the identify spell is cast on the amulet or you attune to it. Attuning to the amulet curses you until you are targeted by a remove curse spell or similar magic; removing the amulet fails to end the curse.
