While wearing this cloak, you are completely unaffected by the hazards of Extreme Cold or Extreme Heat weather conditions and can take on the form of any humanoid creature. The disguise lasts for up to 6 continuous hours, after which you revert to your true form. Once the transformation ends, this property cannot be used again until a number of hours equal to the time spent transformed have elapsed.
*The form assumed through this magic must be chosen the first time the ability is used. Each wearer may select only one form, and that choice cannot be altered thereafter.
Notes: To attune to this weapon, a prospective wielder must sacrifice a drop of their own blood.
