Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster; auto-attunes to a member of the Felagund family)
This amulet has been in the Felagun family for seven generations. In addition to being made of a stylish silver chain surrounding a deep blue sapphire, the amulet has been enchanted with a powerful but specific magic. While attuned to the amulet the wearer can use an action to touch the sapphire to a creature or object and cast Dispel Magic targeting the creature or object being touched. The spell will be cast at a level equal to the charges currently stored in the amulet (minimum of 3, maximum of 9 charges). The amulet can be charged by casting one or more spells into it. It will regain a number of charges equal to the level of spell(s) cast into it in this way.
