A rugged fisherman's anchor from a small boat, with no stock but a portion of the chain still attached, and with a cord grip on the shank. Though heavy, if the wielder has enough strength it is surprisingly mobile, and can easily trip up and knock over most foes. The chain is not long enough to wrap up and restrain a target, but still provides enough length to attack at a distance.
