Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Divination Wizard)
Your ability to divine omens and portents is empowered by this mystical deck of cards. By channeling your own energy through your attunement bond, you are able to influence the Weave in ways not understood by the uninititated.
Using this deck requires the caster to expend a spell slot of any level. Roll a D4 on the appropriate spell level table to determine the effect of the spell. This item can be used once per day. Attempts to use the item more than once per day will result in the depletion of a spell slot without any effect.
If any spell normally requires concentration, it does not when cast as an effect from the Tarot Deck.
