Arcane Pylon

Attunement: The Attuning Creature must spend a Long Rest within 500 feet of the Arcane Pylon, expending one hit die per 2 days spent attuning to the Pylon. If this process is interrupted, or the Attuning Creature runs out of Hit Dice, the Attunement process must be restarted.

Empowered Spell: Any spell cast through the Pylon is treated as if it was cast at 1 level higher.

Soul Focus: A spell cast through the Pylon automatically assigns it's Concentration condition to the Pylon rather than the caster. The Pylon receives a +2 bonus to concentration checks it makes.

Notes: The Attuning Creature must spend a Long Rest within 500 feet of the Arcane Pylon, expending one hit die per day spent attuning to the item. If this process is interrupted at any point the attunement must be restarted.
