Amulet of Ignivar

Traits. 

While attuned to this Amulet, you gain the following benefits:

- your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d4 dmg.

- you have resistance to fire damage.

Ignivars's Rebuke.  When a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack you can cause the creatture to take fire damage equal to 1d6 plus your level. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and regain all uses on long rest.
