A warm, amber fluid that is sold in small glass vials. Upon injection the user's irises turn milky white, and the world seems to slow around them. Users describe a sensation of flying and absolute clarity.
This substance is a magic item. As an Action, you can inject it or administer it to another willing creature within 5 feet of yourself. For 1 minute the creature that injects this vial gains the following benefits:
- You have Advantage on all d20 rolls that use Dexterity, including ability checks, saving throws, and attack rolls
- Your Speed increases by 10 feet
- You gain one additional reaction per round
After 1 minute, gain the following until you finish a Long Rest or take another dose of Angel Tears:
- You have Disadvantage on Wisdom Saving throws and Wisdom ability checks as you experience sensory overload.
- Gain 1 level of Exhaustion
Addiction. When a creature injects this substance, they must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become addicted to Angel Tears. While addicted, you cannot gain Advantage on any d20 roll that uses Dexterity, regardless of the source. The addiction lasts until removed by a greater restoration spell. Taking another dose of Angel Tears temporarily suppresses the addiction for the duration of that dose's primary effect.
